We believe planning is easier when you have a realistic starting point. While every event is customized, these ranges reflect where most catering menus fall depending on selections and guest count.

Sample Per-Guest Menu Pricing:

  • Pulled meats & smoked pork loin: $13–14 per guest

  • Pasta bar, baked potato bar, taco bar: $13–15 per guest

  • Chicken breast & premium pork options: $14–17 per guest

  • Roast beef & brisket: $16–18 per guest

  • Two-meat meals: $18–23 per guest

  • Premium beef (tenderloin, prime rib): starting in the low $30s per guest

Pricing varies based on guest count, menu selections, and service style. We’re always happy to build a custom quote that aligns with your event and budget.

Service & Staffing

Full-service catering includes professional staff to set up, serve, and maintain the meal. Staffing is quoted separately and varies depending on guest count, service style, venue logistics, and event timing.

We schedule the right number of team members to ensure smooth, efficient service from start to finish.
