Cocktail Hour
We offer a large variety of appetizers and can often accommodate special requests. If this is something you are interested in, we can email you options and build a customized quote for you. We suggest choosing 3-5 items for your guests. We don't charge per item, as we factor in your guest count, number of appetizers, and length of time you'd like us to serve. For example, if you choose 3 items, you'd likely need more of each selection than if you had chosen 5 options for your guests. Also, if we serve for an hour, we will need a much larger amount of food on hand than if we serve for half an hour. Our serving staff and plates/napkins will be included in the price for your cocktail hour. We can set up appetizers buffet style, but we often prefer to serve your guests table side, to prevent lines and allow them to enjoy mingling with other guests. There is no extra charge for appetizer table side service vs. buffet service.

We believe planning is easier when you have a realistic starting point. While every event is customized, these ranges reflect where most catering menus fall depending on selections and guest count.

Pricing varies based on guest count, menu selections, and service style. We’re always happy to build a custom quote that aligns with your event and budget.
Service & Staffing
Full-service catering includes professional staff to set up, serve, and maintain the meal. Staffing is quoted separately and varies depending on guest count, service style, venue logistics, and event timing.
We schedule the right number of team members to ensure smooth, efficient service from start to finish.
